The team at CF23 are continuing to make the magic happen over in Dulwich - they're now sitting at 114 members and counting!

With the '14 Day Intro' offer running at the front of the campaign, they're bringing in a high number of trialists to convert into lifelong members. In fact, their space is filling up that quickly, they're even looking at hiring another coach! 🥳

CONGRATULATIONS MAX!

BIG Shoutout to Max who made it to Senior level in the Digital Specialist role earlier this month.

Max has proven to be an incredible asset to Bullet and his client repertoire since he began the role with us in 2022 - a digital match made in heaven!

KATE - FOUR MONTHS IN...

Four months into Kate's internship means multiple UGC ads created, 10 clients visited worldwide, 100's of leads pulled in and lots of hardcore workouts! 😅

Aside from a visit to one of our clients out in Dubai, Kate has mainly been focussing on working closely with the digital specialists to see how her UGC (user generated content) ads have been performing, and to gain a little more knowledge about how everything works behind the scenes. Kate's ads have been working very well for our clients so we thought it was best to pull together all the tips and tricks that she has into a 'How To' guide for UGC so that you have everything you need to be able to create this type of content yourselves too! Stay tuned... 👀

SALES TIP OF THE MONTH

"LET'S GET YOU BOOKED IN FOR A TASTER SESSION"...

When talking on the phone with your inbound leads, avoid running a 'needs analysis' or (even worse) explaining everything about your facility without being asked - the chances are they are busy and not in the mood for a long call...

Instead, focus your energy on getting them booked in for a taster session (or a tour and a chat) - analysis and explanations can be done once they are in front of you.

From that point - you have the option of selling them straight onto membership or the intro offer they opted in for initially.
